We THINK that accurate valuations are the key to selling your property whether it is a flat, house, apartment or bungalow.  When we first visit you, you'll receive an individual property marketing review which shows you what steps you need to take to get your property sold.

You'll also receive a carefully researched, honest valuation of your property, flat, house, apartment or bungalow based on comparable properties for sale. Your review shows how we have determined the right marketing price for your property.

You will not be given an over inflated valuation to attract your business. Any fees will be discussed with you right at the beginning so you will know precisely how much you will pay for our high class service.

Think Property are not content to rest on the laurels of our combined years of experience – instead we strive to ensure that our customers are delighted customers and that their experience of selling, buying or letting a home through Think Property is as stress-free and effortless as possible.

Our experienced team of property experts have been dealing with vendors, buyers, surveyors, lenders and solicitors for over 10 years and will expertly manage the progression of your sale

Think Property ensure that we will always be available to arrange and carry out viewings of your property when a potential buyer needs to. Our offices are open 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am -5pm Saturdays. In addition, our phone lines are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week to speak to you about anything you may THINK of.

With all of these tools and resources at our fingertips we have taken a fresh look at every aspect of our service and rethought it to better serve buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike.
