Please note, this is based on two adults being referenced. There will be a charge of £50 plus VAT for each additional adult or guarantor that requires referencing.
Prospective tenants are required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one month’s rent to reserve a property. This holding deposit is non-refundable should the prospective tenant withdraw from taking the property or their references fail due to a problem they have not disclosed with us prior to reserving the property for them.
A tenancy renewal fee of £75.00 plus VAT (£90.00) is payable by the tenant before we issue a new agreement.
We would like to bring to your attention that there is no clause in the tenancy agreement which allows you to break the agreed fixed term early. Therefore you are liable to pay the rent until the end of the contract. If your Landlord does agree to release you early from your contract, you will be liable for the following charges:
• £100 administration fee
• Compensation to the Landlord pro-rata of the re-let fee that he will pay (i.e. if he pays £400 to relet the property and you left 2 months early on a 6 month contract, you will be charged 2/6 (two sixths) of £400, that is £133.33).
• Rent until the end of the term or a new tenant is found, whichever is the sooner.
We accepts payments by debit and credit cards, however, there is a surcharge of 0.5% on debit card transactions and 3% on credit card transactions.
