The role of a Lettings Negotiator is ideal for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in one of the most dynamic and prominent industries. The successful candidate will possess the skills and confidence to liaise with clients and customers on a day to day basis meeting targets and encouraging business development. You need to be enthusiastic, people-orientated individuals with a commitment to service and have a professional approach to business. A Lettings Negotiator must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role involves meeting new clients, assessing their property needs and working with landlords letting their properties. The pace is fast, yet every client enquiry needs to be dealt with professionally. 

This position will be responsible for:

  • Achieving personal  lettings and office forecasts while maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ethical conduct in all business dealings
  • Advising landlords of their legal obligations regarding gas, electricity, fire and furnishings
  • Providing a first class service to our current and prospective landlords and tenants
  • Canvassing for new business 

Desirable Personal Attributes:

  • Drive and determination.
  • Full, clean, manual driving licence.
  • Sales experience - a benefit, but not essential.
  • Well presented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Money motivated and target driven.
  • Be able to work under pressure.

Working hours: 9.00am  to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and every Saturdays from 9.00am to 5.00pm with a day off in lieu each week..
